Her work is derived from a multitude of disciplines, ranging from biology, trauma, mindset, and culture. Her passion for learning and personal development goes hand in hand with her intentions to enrich communities while helping individuals move out of a state of languishing and struggle to that of flourishing and strength. She utilizes modalities such as trauma-informed and narrative-based therapy to understand, collaborate, and reflect on what the next steps are for an individual.
Ramneek received her BS in Biology from Long Island University and her MA in Mental Health and Wellness from NYU. She completed her graduate internship at an assisted living center as well as foster care homes in Long Island.
